Om Namah Shivaya Gurave-Satchidananda Murtaye-Nishprapanchaya Shantaya-Niralambaya Tejase
Om.
Traditionally chanted at the beginning of Anusara Yoga class, this mantra is appropriate for all practices and is a sweet reminder to live fully. This is my interpretation of the mantra.
I call to honor the Grace within my heart known as Shiva, the ultimate Teacher
This Grace assumes the form of Truth, Consciousness and Bliss
It is always present and full of peace.
Together as one, we shine with a Divine Sparkling Light.

Dragonflies are reminders that we are light and can reflect the light in powerful ways if we choose to do so. "Let there be light" is the divine prompting to use the creative imagination as a force within your life. They help you to see through your illusions and allow your own light to shine in a new vision.

Tag Name: Om Ganesh

The image of Ganesh resides within the symbol for om. Ganesh is widely revered as the Remover of Obstacles; he also is the blesser of new beginnings and patron of the arts and science and the deva of wisdom and intellect. He is traditionally prayed to during the beginning of rituals and ceremonies. He is closely associated with the symbol for OM in honor of all beginnings and has inspired this original artwork.
om gum ganapatayei namaha loosely translates to:"Om, salutations and great honor to Ganapati(Ganesh)."

Om Namah Shivaya - Let Shiva do his cosmic dance on your yoga mat! The Om Namah Shivaya mat tag presents Shiva dancing in the eternal flame. The cosmic dance of Shiva is called 'Anandatandava,' meaning the Dance of Bliss, and symbolizes the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction, as well as the daily rhythm of birth and death. Om Namah Shivaya is a call to honor Shiva, the Supreme Teacher within and with out.

Let your heart soar! The heart with wings is a traditional emblem of the mystic Sufi tradition. It explains that the heart is between soul and body, a medium between spirit and matter. The body is earth bound but is always reaching for its highest accomplishment of spirit.
